Be part of this year’s Paint the Panhandle Purple display contest! The 2025 theme is “Safe Homes, Stronger Together”—a call to unity and awareness in the fight against domestic violence. Decorate a window, storefront, office, or community space to help spread the message. Individuals, businesses, schools, and organizations are all welcome!
Nonprofits and community groups will receive 20% of what they raise to support their own mission.
From October 5–20, your display will be featured both online and around town. Voting is open to the public—$1 = 1 vote, and supporters can vote in person or online. All donations directly support programs working to build safety, accountability, and healing throughout the Eastern Panhandle.
All entrants will be accessible here when contest begins.
Contest winners will be revealed during our 1980s Decade Dance on October 25th—an exciting evening of music and community celebration.
Dance sponsorships are available now, tickets on sale soon! Let’s celebrate those using art and action to help create safe homes, stronger together.
Add your name to a growing chain for a $5 donation. Each link symbolizes a community coming together — person by person, home by home.
Honor someone impacted by domestic violence with a donation in their name — recognized throughout the campaign and at the closing event.
Spots are filling fast! Sign up today to join a powerful, creative movement for change. Show your support for safe homes and strong communities—don’t wait, register today!
