Community Alternatives to Violence (CAV) and the Eastern Panhandle Empowerment Center (EPEC) are working side by side to end domestic violence in the Eastern Panhandle—one home at a time.
While EPEC offers vital support services to survivors of domestic violence, CAV focuses on those who have caused harm, helping individuals build accountability, empathy, and lasting behavioral change. Together, our programs reduce harm from both sides, prevent cycles of violence, and create safer, healthier communities.
This October, we’re teaming up to Paint the Panhandle Purple—a full month of awareness events including a collaborative display contest, a facilitator-led concert, and an unforgettable 1980s-themed dance party.
